What you have:

Within the Digital Accelerator, the Journey Coordinator will focus on the “Journey Accelerator”. The Journey accelerator creates new multi-step client experiences, “Journeys” in a way that integrates enhancements in cross-enterprise capabilities, alongside experience enhancements in dedicated, empowered and cross-functional teams. This role reports to the Digital Accelerator Administrator a member of the Accelerator membership team.

The role will act as a partner and coach working closely with the journey owners, project services, talent acquisition, and Schwab business learning to onboard and graduate accelerator initiatives. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining the accelerator playbook
  • Coaching journey owners and bringing in relevant business partners to mobilize the team (project planning, staffing, PMO ramp-up, training coordination, space collocation)
  • Assessing journey readiness for launch
  • Monitoring journey progress and maintain management reporting and dashboards
  • Facilitate journey graduation, knowledge  transfer, and business integration
