he Corporate Information Technology group in Charles Schwab & Co.'s IT organization is comprised of several teams that support the goals of Schwab’s internal corporate functions through the delivery of technology, operations, and projects. The goal of the Mobility Platform team is to partner closely with enterprise business and technology partners to define and enable a consumer like internal employee mobile technology experience within Schwab to enhance our employees’ productivity and effectiveness. Our focus is to deliver solutions that align with the Digital Workplace Blue-print and Roadmap and various lines of business strategies through an agile and customer-aligned approach. Reporting to the Managing Director of Employee Digital Experience, the Mobile Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and posting payment of mobile billing on a monthly basis from various mobile carriers auditing for irregularities and cost savings. This role will also address day to day issues with internal customers and track mobile assets through their lifecycle and provide support as a business analyst over various mobile processes and projects.
What you’ll do:
Duties will include: Monthly Mobile Telecom billing, auditing, and device ordering Mobile asset lifecycle management and fleet currency efforts Supporting end users with mobile device setups and questions Managing business processes to support the day to day needs of the mobility program Create and maintain documentation to capture processes and how to execute them, working towards process automation when appropriate Work with the internal and external IT teams to document project requirements and develop business cases Identify and resolve gaps between new and existing business processes Build and maintain reporting and metrics to provide insight to senior leadership that defines and measures monthly mobile statistics, service levels, and measures of quality. Occasional travel maybe be required
What you’ll get:
