What you’ll do:

The Senior Staff Communications Analyst of the TIS Business Management team will
proactively seek out and gather relevant content from across and at all levels
of the organization, partner with the author to edit and share the content in a
meaningful way. The Senior Staff Communications Analyst will work with highly
confidential information and help shape the way the TIS organization receives
updates and communiques. This role will manage the overall communications
strategy which will dovetail into the TIS transformation and will be pivotal to
the success of that program. The Senior Staff Communications Analyst will
ensure consistency in core themes we are driving across all TIS teams by
coordinating and advising the TIS leadership team on All Hands meetings and
regular communications. He/she will drive continuous improvement to the TIS
communications strategy by actively seeking feedback on the same and gaging the
needs of the TIS organization.


What you have:


Ability to read, write, elicit content and frame it into meaningful communications Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills Ability to be self-directed and create internal viral communications that leave the TIS team excited about their work Comfortable with working with various levels of management, and a wide variety of technologies and technologists An understanding of common communication technologies such as email, SharePoint, Confluence, Web development, Hipchat, powerpoint, voice recording, video, etc Must have 5 or more years of information technology experience and 2 or more years developing internal communications.
