As a Leader at Schwab you will have the opportunity to provide career development, coaching and mentoring to employees, while working collaboratively with other managers and leadership in cross departmental projects and initiatives. Advisor Custody & Trading (ACT) is the industry leader in providing custodial, trading, technology and practice management to independent advisory firms.  The ACT service teams add value to IA firms across the country by providing exceptional customer service and operational support.  

What is an Investment Advisor (IA)? An advisor or firm engaged in the investment advisory business and registered either with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or state securities authorities. 

Stock Plan Services is the business to end-user, or “B to C,” unit of the Stock Plan Services (SPS) organization. Participant Services acts as the primary service and trading arm for SPS. We provide personalized service to “participants” of corporate clients, who utilize Schwab SPS to administer their equity compensation plans. Participant Services is guided by our North Star: “Provide a personalized service experience delivered by highly driven and knowledgeable professionals who encourage a long-term partnership with Schwab.” Stock Plan Services (SPS) is a growing and highly specialized business unit within Investor Services. The Mission of SPS is: “Ownership Matters.”
