As a Leader at Schwab you will have the opportunity to provide career development, coaching and mentoring to employees, while working collaboratively with other managers and leadership in cross departmental projects and initiatives. All roles require an active FINRA Series 7, 9, 10 and 63 licenses.
Client Service & Support (CS&S) is the primary service and trading arm for Schwab Investor Services. CS&S provides service to our retail clients to fulfill our purpose of championing every client’s goals with passion and integrity. The vision for CS&S is being engaged financial service professionals who inspire client loyalty by providing guidance and solutions to fulfill clients' needs. With a focus on employee development and collaboration, we help clients and employees reach their goals. CS&S builds loyalty with clients and employees one interaction at a time.
Advisor Custody & Trading (ACT) is the industry leader in providing custodial, trading, technology and practice management to independent advisory firms. The ACT service teams add value to IA firms across the country by providing exceptional customer service and operational support.
What is an Investment Advisor (IA)? An advisor or firm engaged in the investment advisory business and registered either with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or state securities authorities.
Stock Plan Services is the business to end-user, or “B to C,” unit of the Stock Plan Services (SPS) organization. Participant Services acts as the primary service and trading arm for SPS. We provide personalized service to “participants” of corporate clients, who utilize Schwab SPS to administer their equity compensation plans. Participant Services is guided by our North Star: “Provide a personalized service experience delivered by highly driven and knowledgeable professionals who encourage a long-term partnership with Schwab.” Stock Plan Services (SPS) is a growing and highly specialized business unit within Investor Services. The Mission of SPS is: “Ownership Matters.”
