Our Opportunity:

This position is focused on the management of our Sales and Service Technology Portfolio solutions. The team lead management position will require a deep understanding of current Sales Desktop, Service Desktop, Voice, and Integration systems along with the ability to manage the priority across the portfolio. 

What you’ll do:

  • Validate the effective functioning of all scrum teams across the SST portfolio
  • Manage the overall facilitation of daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meeting
  • Track and communicate aggregate team velocity and sprint/release progress across projects
  • Ensure the scrum teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
  • Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by providing the leadership and vision aligned to organizational goals
  • Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with other group’s development managers
  • Oversee and direct the Release Manager for large programs, this includes the process of managing,  planning, scheduling and controlling a software build through different stages and environments; including testing and deploying software releases
  • Communicate to staff about job expectations by providing coaching, counseling and performance appraisals
  • Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution while empowering teams to self-organize
  • Build and maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Build and develop relationships with peers and key business team members 

What you have:

  • 8+ years of professional experience and bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience working on technology projects
  • 2+ years of experience managing and leading team members to deliver upon project goals and objectives
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with 6+ years ScrumMaster experience
  • Thorough understanding of agile Engineering Practices, Agile values and principles, including, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Good understanding of technical issues, designs, and engineering best practices
  • Skillful in problem solving and cross-organization collaboration
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in enterprise systems development
  • Financial services industry experience
