Our Opportunity:

The Sales and Service Enablement team supports the achievement of business outcomes by enabling the field to serve our clients through impactful integration of projects and initiatives.  A  Senior Manager will assume end-to-end ownership of  the design, development, and execution around efforts to engage and prepare the Investor Services field audience(s) for change, related to projects and initiatives that introduce new, evolved, and/or enhanced experiences to our clients

What you’ll do:

  • Build and cultivate relationships with field and business initiative partners to advocate for field experiences that lead to positive client experiences
  • Creates and executes against end-to-end change/implementation plans 
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and provide solutions to enhance process efficiency within field organizations
  • Provide a disciplined and strategic approach to projects, include appropriate stakeholders, and leverage strong partnerships in order to drive progress and achieve results for the firm 

Key Partners include, but are not limited to:  IS Segments and Platforms, Field Leaders, Employee Communications, Schwab Business Learning

  • Field and client focused with an understanding of client needs, workflow, and displays ability to proactively voice needs to internal partners 
  • Self-starter who is flexible, adaptable, positive and curious
  • Strong critical thinking & problem solving skills
  • Well-developed  interpersonal and soft skills and ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional project teams
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in storytelling using PowerPoint
  • Ability to influence change across all levels of the organization
  • Displays ability to balance and deliver on multiple priorities concurrently; some efforts with abbreviated timelines 
  • Skilled at analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Strong integration related skills to include: project tracking, implementation, and execution, 
  • Working knowledge of change management principles
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry required; Series 7 license preferred
