Our Opportunity:

Charles Schwab Bank Trust Services (Schwab Bank) provides trust and custody services for qualified retirement plans, primarily 401(k) plans. Schwab Bank serves Schwab’s bundled retirement product, and is the industry leader in providing trading and custody services through Independent Record Keepers. What you’ll do:

  • Support and Document existing and new business processes
  • Draft business requirements
  • Develop specific and relevant User Stories
  • Participate in Agile Scrum environment
  • Support business process transformation (BPT)
  • Develop and support User Developed Tools creating operational efficiency within existing processes and work streams.
  •  Support maintenance of User Developed Tools library/database.
  •  Collaborate with team members and support each other with assigned projects and manage joint deliverables.
  •  Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and partner with internal associates as well as key contacts at contra brokerage firms; and communicate with fund companies and transfer agents
  •  Act as mentor and resource for colleagues

What you have:

  • Critical thinker striving to change the business process environment
  • Prior experience working with a Workflow Application such as Pega.
  • Prior Agile experience.
  • 3-5 years financial services experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment; high quality of work that adheres to all standards, regulatory and audit requirements
  • Candidates must be able to communicate effectively within a team environment
  • Excel in prioritizing daily functions and dealing with multiple deadlines and high volumes of work
  • Must be detail oriented, with strong analytic, research and communication skills
  • Must possess advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • College degree preferred
