Our Opportunity:

The Stock Plan Services Product Management team is currently looking for an experienced product manager with a background in the equity compensation industry and stock plan administration. Stock Plan Services provides equity compensation recordkeeping and brokerage services to corporate clients and their employees. The Product Management team is responsible for the welfare of the SPS product suite and sets the priorities for the product roadmap. 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with business users for your analysis and design requirements of new features and enhancements to our suite of software products
  • Investigate and validate reported product issues to assess risk and exposure and ultimately provide input on prioritization
  • Partner with business users and technology partners to triage and resolve product escalations. Coordinate and conduct system testing including User Acceptance Testing and production checkout of software code releases
  • Train internal business partners and participate in client-facing events to discuss new product features and ongoing product support and development

 What you have:

  • 5+ years’ product management experience
  • Equity compensation plan management strongly preferred
  • 5+ years working in an Agile environment
  • Strong business analysis skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • High attention to detail and the ability to see things through from concept to implementation
  • Passion for the user experience and the ability to see things from a user perspective
  • Ability to provide on-time delivery of project deliverables
  • Ability and desire to effectively and efficiently work in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience participating in cross functional projects, with an emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign and/or impact to field and customer service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills Intermediate/Advanced skills with MS Office suites
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification desired
