- Client Service & Support (CS&S) is a team of financial service professionals who provide clients with guidance and solutions using advanced technology to deliver best-in-class service. We build trust and inspire confidence through exceptional service one connection at a time.
- Advisor Custody & Trading (ACT) provides custodial and trading services to Registered Independent Advisors (RIAs). In addition, ACT offers our RIA clients a spectrum of solutions to help them grow and sustain their businesses.
- Retirement Plan Services (RPS) is committed to helping individuals meet their retirement savings goals. RPS helps individual investors that are retirement plan participants take ownership of their financial futures by serving employers that sponsor retirement plans and the plan consultants they work with.
In Operational Services, we play a critical role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. We are focused on partnering with clients and our business partners who support them to ensure every interaction with Schwab is simple and easy - whether it’s processing corporate actions, performing trade orders reviews, assisting with estate planning, or answering hotline calls. We’re also focused on safeguarding our clients' and firms' assets – supporting Schwab’s vision of being the most trusted leader in investment services.
- Move Money Solutions Overview
Charles Schwab’s Move Money Solutions Department is a responsible for world class customer care, risk prevention, education of policies and procedures related to money movement. Our mission is to execute as an elite team of experts, committed to the highest level of satisfaction, by owning every client interaction through clients’ eyes. We provide one call resolution, and protect the clients’ interests from fraud while mitigating risk to the firm. Our support hotline is centralized to assist various departments’ client requests for incoming and outgoing movement of funds. Our collaborative team members carry out our mission to provide the one on one service that Schwab is known for. It is this level of service that differentiates us from our competitors!
- Cashiering Overview
The Cashiering division within Operational Services is responsible for moving assets into, out of, and between Schwab accounts. We provide service to both retail investors and independent advisors. We work on multi-faceted teams that provide client servicing, as well as processing time sensitive high risk client transactions, whilst maintaining constant contact with our internal and external clients to facilitate their cashiering needs as well as provide an exceptional client experience. Cashiering is a fast-paced, high volume, and deadline driven environment
Schwab Technology Services (STS)
Schwab Technology Services is respoinsive for Schwab's technology innovation, devlopment, infrastructure and operations, enterprise intteligence; Project Services, which has accountability for the planning, coordincationand financial management of all company-wide projects; and Offshore Services that leverages third-part offshore capabilityes when appropriate.
