Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a Product Lead for our Business Process Transformation group to focus on key business initiatives which will transform our operating model to standardized enterprise work flow systems across the firm. The Product Lead will support process optimization and improvement initiatives to achieve productivity objectives while improving the client experience. This person will collaborate with Product Mangers, Product Owners, project partners and key stakeholders across the enterprise to identify and create an efficient and effective method to support the implementation of ongoing business process improvements.

What you’ll do:  

  • The Product Lead has responsibility for platform alignment/consistency and workflow delivery.
  • Understand the Business Sponsor's vision and high level requirements as it impacts users and conveys this vision to the team. Ensure tracks have EPICS aligning to the vision and well-groomed stories going out beyond 3-4 sprints
  • Manages business services (including Legal, Compliance and Marketing) regarding the implementation of the project.
  • Assigns and monitors the work of business personnel, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives, and ensuring completion of the business deliverables
  • Supports the development of requirements, to achieve the business case benefits.
  • Responsible for decisions impacting design and usability of the product and providing direction to the development team regarding those areas.
  • Drive cross platform reuse and ensure teams fully understand functionality across tracks
  • May act as delegate for some of the responsibilities associated with the Product Manager and reports status on project deliverables to all levels of leadership including VPs and SVPs.
  • Manage a team of 5 to 6 resources 

What you have:  

  • 10+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Business Process Management (BPM) knowledge.
  • Experience in the Business Process Management disciplines including technologies and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Pega and PRPC preferred; but not required.
  • Experience with Agile and SCRUM.
  • Experience with Pega’s Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) Process desired.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented self-starter
  • Adept leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to build relationships with, and provide thought leadership to all levels in an organization
  • Experience thriving in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
  • Experience effectively managing several workstreams/projects concurrently
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and partnering skills
  • Interest in and basic knowledge of an Operations organization
  • Financial services experience preferred
