Our Opportunity:

A solutions engineer for our Active Directory Support team, in the CyberSecurity & Authentication Platform Services organization.

What you’ll do:

The primary responsibility will be to provide Active Directory and Certificate day to day administration and operational support, while contributing to the overall product lifecycle, financial, and strategic planning for all products that are included in this ADDS service offering. Position duties include: -Policy implementation & management -Active Directory configuration management -Project SME for Active Directory -Day to day Active Directory implementation and support -Vendor support and issues management.

What you have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Windows Active Directory infrastructure support experience in an enterprise environment with at least 5,000+ users
  • Working experience with PKI and SSL Certificates
  • Experience implementing and supporting a Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure including, schema, trusts, replication, delegation and group policy
  • Must have solid knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 Server OS -Strong understanding of configuring and supporting Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, Group Policy, ADSI and TCP/IP networks
  • Must have a solid understanding and experience implementing Microsoft security concepts as well as establishing a monitoring platform for AD health
  • Must demonstrate ability to perform and respond well in crisis situations
  • Windows server hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service oriented -Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively cooperatively with others
  • Supports and helps team members to meet goals
  • Ability to set clear goals/direction and gather the necessary support from team members or vendors to ensure that these goals are met/followed

Preferred:

  • Scripting experience for automation and administration using standard technologies such as PowerShell, Batch, VBS, VB, .NET
  • Working knowledge of operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Unix (Linux/AIX/Solaris), and Mainframe
  • Working knowledge of relational database management systems such as Oracle, and MS SQL Server
