CORPORATE OVERVIEW

Our firm was established more than 40 years ago to champion Main Street over Wall Street and help people transform themselves from earners into owners. Since Chuck Schwab founded the company, we have set out to challenge the status quo on behalf of our clients; offer clients more value and a better experience; and help people take ownership of their financial future.  Through advocacy and innovation, we work to make investing more affordable, accessible and understandable for all.

At Schwab:

WE BELIEVE in the power of investing, which helps turn earners into owners.  Investing can be truly transformative when investors actively engage and when they work collaboratively with the right financial provider.

WE ARE champions of investors and those who serve them.  We look at the world through our clients’ eyes, and keep that perspective at the heart of everything we do.

WE OFFER investors a modern approach to build and manage wealth; an approach that is more human, more intelligent and lower cost. We help investors either directly as Schwab clients, or through one of the thousands of independent advisors or employers we serve.

WE’REDRIVEN by our purpose: to champion every client’s goals with passion and integrity. We are proud of our strong culture, which is based on serving our clients.  We respect and appreciate the diversity of our employees, our clients, and the communities we serve.  We challenge conventions to create value for our clients, our employees and the communities in which we operate. We bring to life the concept of ‘own your tomorrow’ every day for our people – championing our employees’ strengths, guiding their development, and investing in their long-term success.  We hire optimistic, results-oriented, curious, innovative, and adaptable people with the desire to help our clients and one another succeed.
