Our Opportunity:

Looking for a motivated Associate Citrix Information Systems Engineer working with the Virtualization & Offshore Services team.  You will also participate in the various engineering projects supporting the ever changing Virtualization environment.

What you’ll do:

  • You must actively collaborate with the team in ongoing product development, including design, development, review, integration, test, deployment and support activities
  • You must have the ability to be self-directed and able to work with an extended, distributed team to deliver products in a timely manner
  • Finally, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced development environment that continually embraces the latest technologies and techniques

What you have:

  • Coursework and/or experience in the Citrix Environment, including system maintenance, deploying applications, troubleshoot issues, etc
  • Coursework and/or experience with Citrix XenDesktop 5.x to 7.x and XenApp 6.x to 7.x
  • Knowledge with Windows Operating systems, to include system administration
  • Understanding of Microsoft SCCM for software distributions
  • Maintain multiple Citrix environments on day-to-day basis
  • Understanding App-V or virtualizing applications
  • Serve as escalation point for Tier1 & Tier2 escalated Citrix related issues (printing, user profiles, application security, etc.).
  • Provide tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting on computer hardware/software problems escalated from helpdesk support
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Self-starter that requires minimal supervision and can provide oversight for any assigned projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in team environment
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Write reports that contain solid findings and recommendations that are user friendly and easily consumed by senior leadership.
  • Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and locations
  • Recent and upcoming graduates with a computer science or related background are also invited to apply for this position
